Voice output does not work

Voice output is not part of Sportractive, it’s a separate app. On most mobile phones the Google-Text-to-Speech app is already installed. You can check in Android Settings if this is the case on your phone. Select Languages and Input then Text to Speech Output to show a list of Voice Output Apps. If there isn't at least one App shown you can install Google-Text-to-Speech via Google Play.

Voice output is English instead of German, Spanish, Italian, French, Portuguese or Russian

In Android Settings select Languages and Input then Text to Speech Output to show the list of Voice Output Apps. In most cases Google-Text-to-Speech is listed. Select the Voice Output App, select settings (It's a gear-wheel icon on some phones) and select Uses system language in the Language menu.
